Debut

The River Travelers
LGBTQ Novel/Fiction

The setting seems familiar and could be located in any Latin American country; we just need a forgotten town facing the sea in contrast to a big city.

River Travelers is a novel that transports us to the inner world of Gabriel, a young city dweller who, along with his family, grows up under the shadow of a coastal shelter built by his father.

His journey tells us a space full of beautiful and melancholic images, where encounters with a childhood friend will force him to face his true feelings and the uncertainty that comes with self-acceptance.

The story really resonates with me on how love should be perceived wether thats with family or love ones.

For a person who doesn’t read, I find this book very easy to understand and visualize.

Praise from Readers

A beautifully written book. With descriptions of places and characters that invite you to feel part of it. The story captivates you from beginning to end. I really enjoyed reading it.

The book is also very well printed and of good quality. Congratulations to Mauricio, its author.

This queer story carries the whispers of life, love, and loss. A story that should be savored and each word heeded. .

No sentence was unnecessary, and the relationship of two friends fully explored
